Backing Up

Use this option to save a copy of the Depreciation 4562 's database.

Go to the menu option File\Backup Database. Select the location to copy the Depr.mdb to.

By default your database; Depr.mdb will be located in C:\Program Files\Depr 4562.

When moving Depreciation 4562 to another computer or hard drive, first reinstall Depreciation 4562 to the new location, and then copy the backup version of Depr.mdb to this location. You will want to replace the existing database with the backup copy of the database to restore your data.

The Depreciation 4562 setup program should be saved in case you need to move or reinstall the application. Also a copy of the program can always be downloaded from our web site. www.MicroTechWare.com
