Backing Up

Use this option to save a backup copy of the Depreciation 4562 Pro's database.

Go to the menu option File\Backup Database. Select the location to copy the DeprPro.mdb to.

When moving Depreciation 4562 Pro to another computer or hard drive, first reinstall Depreciation 4562 Pro to the new location, and then copy the backup version of DeprPro.mdb to this location. You will want to replace the existing database with the backup copy of the database to restore your data. By default the Depreciation 4562 Pro database is installed in Program File\Depreciation 4562 Pro\Files\DeprPro.mdb.

For single users it's a good practice to locate the database in My Documents. When you backup My Documents then Depreciation 4562 Pro data will also be saved.

The Depreciation 4562 Pro setup program should be saved in case you need to move or reinstall the application. Also a copy of the program can always be downloaded from our web site. www.MicroTechWare.com
