Items listed under this menu item need to be setup before inputting any assets.

- Set Company - This screen is used for selecting a Company. See Company
- Default Year - If working in a prior year, set the default year to aid in inputting assets. See Default Year
- G\L Accounts - These are the general ledger accounts used to book depreciation. See G\L Accounts
- Asset Classes - This property class information is used to populate the Class Combo Box on the Asset Maintenance Form. You can tailor the Asset Form by adding or removing asset classes to better suit your needs. Note: If data is entered incorrectly the assets for this class will not be depreciated correctly. See Asset Classes
- Locations - The departments or physical locations of the assets. See Locations
- Company - This screen is used for adding or editing Companies.
