Restoring

Use the menu option, File\Restore Database to replace the database with a backup copy.

Locate your backup copy of the DeprPro.mdb by using the Look in combo box at the top of the window to find your back up copy of the database. Then click on the database filename. Next click the open button. If you are asked do you want to replace the existing file, chose yes to restore your data. By default the Depreciation 4562 Pro database is installed in Program File\Depreciation 4562 Pro\Files\DeprPro.mdb.
