Trouble Shooting

Can't connect to database - Use menu File\Set Database Path to establish the location of the database. By default the MTW F/A Manger database is installed in Program File\MTW F/A Manger\Files\MtwFaMgr.mdb. If the database can not be found use the Windows' Search feature to locate file, MtwFaMgr.mdb.

Adobe Reader required - MTW F/A Manger may not recognize some versions of Adobe Reader. Disregard the warning and if Adobe is available the form will open. If Adobe Reader is not installed it can download for free at www.adobe.com.

Date format mm/dd/yyyyy - For MTW F/A Manger to work properly in Windows 98 & 95 the date format needs to be set to mm/dd/yyyy. This can be done using Control Panel\Regional Settings\Date option.

Help File - The help file can not be run form a network drive or mapped drive. You will get an error that Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested.
